joshhkerr & I started the sitandkick with the intention to bridge the gap of professionalism & everyday runners. This quickly turned to a passion which quickly turned to an opportunity to “do track differently.”

Now with over 150k listens & a decent bank account we start season 5 where every professional guest (co-host) we bring on board will get paid.
