⚠️Transparency Hour + long cap⚠️

As much as I would like to say 2022 has been a SUCCESS on the track, it hasn’t. As some of you know, it hasn’t been peaches & cream for me race wise as a professional athlete.
•
I have fallen short of every pr I set for the year, & every race win I had hoped to have.
•
Not too long ago, I felt embarrassed of racing the way I did as a professional athlete, ashamed of my performances, and unworthy of the faithful support from my sponsor, my super cool team mates who provided love filled conversation after each “bad” race I had by speaking life into my lows, and the unwavering support from my vet of a coach.
•
Having outstanding practices, but falling short of bringing that same Chloe to race day. Being physically in the starting blocks, but mentally scared of failing.
•
I experienced race anxiety, doubting my abilities, and always picking out the negative parts of myself and my races vs pointing out the positives. I would literally tear myself apart. 
•
Out of desperation to have peace about the things I experienced, and an understanding of what was going on with me mentally, I was introduced to nestrebetter (s/o ay_tracktive )
•
Through learning how to turn losses into lessons, STACKING the tiniest & most obvious wins of my day, and celebrating those wins to reprogram my mind from what it used to do, has changed the way I loook at everything in my life. 
•
Soon, I will share what it was that made my transition from being a collegiate athlete to a professional athlete so tough. 
•
