Setting up the shot is key when shooting stop-motion: your camera needs to stay perfectly still in every frame. Try using a tripod, if you don’t have one, keep your camera or phone leaned against a sturdy surface. 
.
To shoot the stop motion, you will take a picture of an object, then make a small change, then take the picture again- repeating until you get your desired motion through the images.  It’s a tedious process, but trust us, it’s worth it!

When it’s time to edit and tie it all together, add your photos together in sequential order, from first to last, in [insert program]. Once you have the pictures together, pick a frame rate speed that works for you.
