One of the biggest lessons I've learned as a mom is that when things are hard to remember it's a phase and it will pass. And when things are good appreciate EVERY MOMENT. The first months of Carter's life he was the fussiest. baby. ever. He cried all day and night and would not sleep. I had severe baby blues and was convinced he had colic and would be difficult his entire life. But I just kept loving him and hoping for the best. Over the weeks he began to change. His spirit lifted and suddenly he was happy, sweet and content. Now at 8 months old he is literally the happiest baby I've ever encountered, he smiles and laughs all day. So any mamas-to-be or new moms dealing with a difficult baby - know that things get better and never lose hope! ❤️
