Spring-Summer Charcuterie Board food styling tips!

~ Place bowls first, they are the foundation from where you’ll place the rest of the items.
~ Next, arrange large to small ingredients. Usually cheeses go first bc of their size. Keep them wrapped until ready to serve.
~ Placing  in a triangle shape creates a more visually balanced board.
~ Make it colorful by adding a variety of fruits, also great options for vegan guests.
~ The fan technique is great for crackers, cut fruit and slices.
~ Fill bowls with spreads, dips, nuts and seeds.
~ Cut meats and cheeses to make it more inviting and for easy grabbing.
~ Fold salami in fours to make a little flower shape and arrange in an S curve.
~ Fill empty spaces with nuts and seeds.
~ Add fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme 🌿

Main ingredients: asiago, gouda, dry jack, salami, sopresatta, ibérico ham.
