## Caption

Never too late to DREAM IN GOLD.  Those that know me know that I have have been on a weight loss journey.  Retired from competitive play in 2012 and my finally preseason weight headed in to that last Olympics was 165.  During my pregnancies I was up to 200 + (but well worth it because we are blessed with 3 crazy girls). I needed to take ME back…so I started this journey to see if I could get back to 165.  Today I finished my 21 Day standardprocess Purification and I am at 167.  Super proud of myself and it takes a lot of work but certainly doable with the right team around you.  I feel better, have more confidence, more energy, and my joints thank me (even my titanium knee). If you want something  you will make the change.  Diet plays a huge role but getting uncomfortable and moving (finding a workout regimen) is the other huge piece.
