Text messages reportedly show that local law enforcement saw the gunman at the Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, more than an hour and a half before he started shooting. Countersnipers stationed at a warehouse across from the fairgrounds saw the shooter at a picnic table outside the building, the messages show.
