The time is finally here!! 

Hello everyone!! First off I’d like to apologize for my inactivity. I took some time off to work to work on this project and I’m very happy to finally share it with you all! 

As we all know, the hockey season is over and most of us are still under a lot of coronavirus restrictions. I know, it’s sucks! But what can we do about it? I say, we can improve ourselves and get better! 

I am happy to announce a new twice monthly HockeyGirlz program called the HockeyGirlz Masterclass. Here you will be face to face with talented coaches from across Canada and the United States who will coach you on a variety of topics, from fitness coaching to forward/defense/goalie specific exercises. You also want to learn to make a performance boosting smoothie? We’ve got you! Want to learn to manage your mental health? We’ve got a coach for that. Want to start a business but don’t know where to start? We’ve got you covered. We have coaches to help you be better in all aspects of your life, all for FREE. 

All we ask from you, is to attend. The aim of HockeyGirlz is to make sure that every female hockey player can be the best they can be. We’ve gottchu 👊🏽
