The rest of us will just watch and learn πŸ˜… Description below πŸ‘‡πŸΎπŸ‘‡πŸΎ ** Starring kristen.della of harvardwomenshockey (shown here with jrleaside hockey) ** 1) Find The Space - She executes a perfect SLIDE move through attack triangle to gain inside positioning on the defender. 2) Attack With Speed - Her feet are moving (crossing over) before, through and after the move so the defender has little chance of recovering. 3) Stay With It - She stays low, stays focused and keeps attacking the puck even when she's under hard pressure from the next defender. 4) Keep It Moving - The little touch forward into space keeps the play alive. Her ability to do this at top speed while taking contact from the defender is amazing. 5) Finish Strong - this finish is absolutely WORLD CLASS. She gets checked by the defender, instantly recovers and roofs it off one knee. You can tell by her "dismount" at the end how much speed she was carrying into the shot and was still able to the body control and stick control to score off one knee at that speed.
