Missed out on our interviewing workshop this past Monday? Don’t worry, we got you! 💪🏽 Here are some key takeaways:

1️⃣ Research the company, and understand the company’s mission and values. By understanding their values, you can tailor your responses to align with their goals. You can also research the person who will be interviewing you to give you insight to their background. 

2️⃣ Practicing your responses aloud can help you feel more confident and prepared, and can help you identify where you may need to improve your responses. 

3️⃣ Use the STAR method to help answer behavioral interview questions. By using this method, it can help you structure your responses and provide specific examples to support your answers. 

4️⃣ Remember to ask thoughtful questions at the end of your interview. This shows your interest in the company and can help you decide if it’s a right for you. 

5️⃣ After the interview, don’t forget to send a personalized thank you note to your interviewer. This shows gratitude and reiterates your interest in the position. And make sure to send it within 24 hours!
