## Caption

I made a goal to run a half this summer but then the world ended and everything got delayed, and a back injury set me back a bit. Lost a lot of motivation, but then after binging yestheory for two weeks, I decided to just get out and SEND IT. 
Could have ran the first two miles a bit slower... #noragerts #sub2hourhalf
