Our demand has rocketed since moving to our bigger and better premises just off the Promenade in Cheltenham town centre, and we are still on the lookout for a friendly face to join our team, including an Optical Assistant. 

Harper & Cooper Opticians is a family-run, independent Optician passionate about unique eyewear and exceptional customer service. Our patients are at the very heart of what we do 💙

Experience isn't required as full training will be provided. 

Your role will be to provide 5-star customer service and perform tasks to help the store run effectively and efficiently. 

You will work 30-37.5 hours per week with responsibility for the following:

Answering phones with a friendly, happy demeanour. 
Opening post and acting accordingly. 
Answering patient questions to the best of your ability. 
Keeping all of our frames sparkly clean. 
Making customer refreshments. 
Helping our customers find their perfect frames – all dispensing training will be provided.

Most importantly, we want you to be your lovely self, approachable and welcoming.
