The phrase “Heil Trump” and a hand gesture being used by Donald Trump‘s followers is going viral on #Twitter, and it’s being compared to #AdolfHitler’s infamous salute.⁠

This past Saturday night, #Trump stood before an #Ohio crowd at his rally. During his speech, followers began raising their arms and stretching out their pointer fingers in what appeared to be a salute. Now, “Heil Trump is going viral, and the one-finger gesture is being compared to Hitler’s “heil Hitler” salute.⁠

People online are also speculating that Trump may have taken to the #QAnon, a group that derives from a far-right American community whose beliefs revolve around prominent figures being part of a secret society of child abusers and Satanists.⁠
