37yo Landon Eastep was sitting on a guard rail on I-65 when an officer approached & offered to give him a ride. This encounter turned deadly when 9 law enforcement officers fatally shot Eastep, even though he was armed w/ nothing but a box cutter. 

Why was this excessive force deemed appropriate?! This is disgusting!
