my main hobby right now is curating a playlist full of absolute bangers (which includes “temperature” by sean paul and “untouched” by the veronicas) and loading it onto my garmin 245 music when i go for a nice jog.

then i watch closely as it monitors my heart rate jump to 180 bpm when i hit an all-out sprint during the chorus of each song because we all need to have that main character moment on our runs.
