To celebrate, we asked two of our people, Clari Lehmkuhl - Office Assistant, Abu Dhabi and Mike Davis - Regional Director, Abu Dhabi to share why the day is so important to them. See what they had to say 👆.

💭 Hosting a webinar with DSActive Programme Lead at the downs_syndrome_association, Kate Harris to reflect on what we can do as an industry to raise awareness of the importance of inclusion and Down syndrome.
 
✨ Encouraging our people to use one of their Give Back Days to volunteer at a local Down Syndrome charity.
