Happy Birthday Shiva the Diva 🎊🎉!! What better day would it be to highlight Shiva Diva than on her Birthday?!? Shiva has been tapping into another beast over the last couple months and as you can see she is seeing so many benefits of training consistently. Shiva Diva started with us back in Aug 2022 and hasn't looked back since. Throughout Shivas fitness journey she managed to lose over 122lbs. 

Before joining us Shiva had already wanted to see change and started getting active and managed to lose a lot of weight on her own. When she came to us She was at a plateau and was stuck and needed the extra push to get closer to her goals.  Shiva  was making the trip all the way from Monroe NC driving about 50 min just to come the gym to workout. That's dedication right there! 

Shiva's fitness plan with us consists of Personal training twice a week and also Unlimited boot camps! Shiva's energy during boot camp is unmatched! Especially when one of her songs comes on! She turns the class up with her energy and effort! During personal training, we have a love-hate relationship lol! She will talk her junk from time to time but she always manages to get the work completed!! 

Shiva has her mind set on losing another 35 lbs and continues to get stronger and more toned. Best believe we will not stop till we get there! 

We are so proud of Shiva for her consistency and her overall confidence improvement!
