It’s Week 8 post ACL surgery!🌟

This week was definitely a fun one, testing out how much my leg can handle at bending at 30 degrees!💪🏽 I discovered I can coach soccer/stand there and look pretty for 2-3 hours in the scorching sun☀️, I can drive even though I struggle getting in and out of the car🚗, and I can do a billion mini mini squats without getting sore😂 30 degrees is nothing but I tried it anyways🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m super excited for this coming week I’ll be bending at 60 degrees🤩🤸🏽‍♀️ I literally can’t wait!🤗
