A dai pai dong is a traditional, open air food stall in Hong Kong that serves people along the street. The small outdoor kitchen serves up great wok hei dishes while putting on a show for everyone passing by. There's only about 20 something of these left in the city, and Oi Man Sang in Sham Shui Po is an experience definitely worth having. #travelspective #hongkong #foodissues
