Ingredients 

½ cup buffalo sauce 
2 tbsp rice vinegar
½ tbsp chili oil
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 Not Chicken Patties, sliced
Rice
Veggies & toppings of choice

Instructions

Cook the Not Chicken Patties as directed on packaging. 

While they cook, make the firecracker sauce.

In a bowl combine the buffalo sauce, vinegar, chili oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 

When the chicken patties are finished cooking, spoon the sauce onto the patties until covered and cook another 5 minutes. 

Remove from oven and slice into strips. 

Assemble bowls by layering cooked rice, sauteed veggies, cilantro, sesame seeds, cooked chicken and the remaining sauce. Enjoy!
