Attention All Athletes! 

The LOX is thrilled to announce our newest program: STRONG. 

This program is designed to challenge both your physical and mental toughness. 

If you’re ready to become bigger, faster, and stronger then this program is for you.

📆 Classes are held Monday through Friday with two sessions available at 6:30 AM and 7:30 PM. 

However, please note that this program is not for everyone so if you’re serious about getting STRONG, make sure you’re prepared for the challenge.
