Happy #ThetaThursday! Introducing Aly Cromley (she/her)!

Aly is a member of MC 21 and is majoring in Business Management. Outside of Columbia, she calls Polk City, Iowa home!

Aly’s ambitious spirit and friendly personality have helped her succeed within both Theta and her degree program. Recently, Aly was offered an internship with America’s fastest growing grocery retailer, ALDI, as a District Manager Intern! Through this position, Aly will have the opportunity to experience real-world situations in her future career field, to see ALDI’s stores from the inside, and to work hands-on with other district managers running multi-million dollar businesses. 

“I feel that this internship with ALDI will give me opportunities to discover what I like and dislike about management roles, so I can further pinpoint a career that best suits me,” Aly says. “I am so excited to start working towards my career and experiencing everything this internship has to offer.” We are so excited to watch Aly succeed and grow both personally and professionally through this internship! 

To Aly, the point of Personal Excellence on the Theta Kite stands out the most. “I identify most with the point of Personal Excellence because in order to grow into the person you want to be, you have to prioritize your goals and put in the work that is needed to meet those achievements,” Aly explains. “Theta creates an atmosphere that inspires me to be a go-getter, and pushes me to put in the work to create a life that I enjoy and am proud of.” 

We are so proud to have such a determined member like Aly in our chapter and we are so excited to see all the things she accomplishes in the future. We love you, Aly!!
