The Ontario Soccer Provincial Xcel Program is opening the 2025 player recommendation process for Technical Staff of Member Organizations. 

❓ This process allows Ontario players currently participating outside the Talented Pathway (i.e., OPDL), to be considered for the Provincial Xcel program with the recommendation of a certified and qualified Head Coach or Technical Director.
