It is always a great experience when you have the opportunity to pair two prospects together as training partners so they can motivate each other, talk about the game, and share their experiences. Recently, I was able to pair ligullshockey 15U AAA prospect alex._.kim08 with philadelphiarebels / ritmhky commit jakubkrbecek . As a coach, I thoroughly enjoyed it, as I had to think on the fly and add new wrinkles to drills or implement new drills altogether to meet their requests during the session. What was really fun to watch, though, was the respect each had for the other’s skill set and how they motivated each other.
