Meet Jesse, our new addition to the UBC rugby team! Coming from Victoria, BC, Jesse is not hard to spot on the field as one of the team's tallest back row. Jesse may be new to our team, but she's already making waves on the field with her big hits and lanky strides. When she's not bulldozing through the opposing team, Jesse can be found in the chemistry lab working on some titrations with her lab partner and teammate, Ella, or scarfing down self-serve ice cream in the meal hall. She may be a bit clumsy, but that just adds to her charm (and makes for some great bloopers in our team videos). Believe it or not, Jesse used to be a basketball player in high school, and we're pretty sure she'll be soaring over the competition in no time. So come catch Jesse and the rest of our team in action this season, and be prepared to witness some serious skills from her and the rest of her teammates. Join us this season and watch them give it their all on the pitch!
