#TakeActionTuesday: This past weekend concluded the 2023-2024 NFL season with Super Bowl LVIII and we wanted to take a look beyond the field and into the front office of a few teams and the women who help lead them.

Sheila Ford Hamp took over as the Detroit Lions principal owner in 2020, after her mother passed, making history as it was the first time ownership of an NFL team was passed down from one woman to another. Patty Inglis serves as the Executive Vice President and lead of legal and government affairs for the San Francisco 49ers, and notably secured their home field – Levi's® Stadium. Ameena Soliman – who is a 2020 WSF Scott Pioli & Family Fund recipient – serves as the director of personnel operations/pro scout for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Your Turn:
1. Are you or someone you know an aspiring woman football coach or scout in the U.S.? Learn more on our website about our Scott Pioli & Family Fund for Women Football Coaches and Scouts, which is currently accepting applications until May 1.

2. Support professional teams with women in leadership positions, coaches and scouts. You can do this by attending games, posting and tagging the team on social and repping your team’s merch!

3. If you or someone you know in your personal or work life are interested in becoming an investor or leader in professional sports, check out your local team or league sites to learn about the opportunities they have!
