1 week until christmas countdown. new christmas post everyday until christmas!! come back tmrw for day 5 !!!!

HOW TO MAKE ↴⁣
- 1 c milk
-1 scoop vanilla or chocolate collagen ( i used 1stphorm :)
- 1-2 tbsp molasses
- 3-4 tsp cocoa powder 
- big sprinkle of cinnamon
- smaller sprinkles of nutmeg, ginger, & allspice

warm up the milk for 1-2 mins in the microwave. then blend with the rest of the ingredients. & sprinkle some more cinnamon on top & enjoy :)
