#MVMTMonday is going back to where it all began. The Proviso West Diamond Dancers. It’s been three years since these very uniforms were worn to this capacity. Our company was thriving overall; however, the core group, The Diamond Dancers Dance team (D3), went into hibernation. While behind the scenes, this team underwent significant shifts that would’ve led to the downfall of the division if it had not been for oriana.walton . Oriana grew up dreaming of being a Diamond. She idolized the craft and the artists before her time who paved the way for our nationally recognized organization. It is because of her dedication and commitment to her passion and community that we see them as you see them today. 
I am so proud of MY D3. These are truly my kids. I’ve had most of them since grade school. No matter how hard I pushed, you all reminded grounded in your why—this shows why you ladies are THE STANDARD. Allow me to reintroduce D3. Show my girls some love.
