Staying flexible between offence and defence, sharp on the counter when it counts —  Congratulations to Cheung Ka Long cheungkalonggggg for defending his title and winning gold in fencing — men's foil individual, and bringing to Hong Kong the third medal in the Paris 2024 Olympics!

Amidst flashes and flourishes, our champion was focused in the moment and fought with courage along the way. The historic men's foil individual title defence was a first since 1956 — what we have witnessed was the touch of the century.
