In a world of fear mongering and uncertainty,  what can you control?  Answer: Your thoughts.  No matter what is happening outside of you, you can always control your thoughts.  I like to meditate or at least sit quietly in stillness and remember that even when all hell is breaking loose around me somewhere high in the mountains a river is flowing and birds are chirping. The waves are still crashing on the shore and the sun will come up tomorrow. We cannot control the hatred, corruption, or anger.  We must choose higher.  How do you control your thoughts?
