Seller Financing is a great way to share the risk with the seller. But if it’s used as the exclusive way to acquire you should have red flags 🚩 about what the seller is wanting to walk away from. 

10-20% seller financing is normal in small business acquisitions. A seller that’s wants to walk from free cash flow is usually wanting to walk from something else as well that you may not know about.
