With the help of majesticstrength I am ready to take control of my health. I have always gone to fitness as “therapy” but have I truly made it my lifestyle? 
Having PCOS has created many challenges for me. I have never had doctors who truly guided me or people who asked me what PCOS is all about. Since I have brought up this conversation and been transparent with you all, I’ve received resources and support! 
PCOS has been with me forever and will be with me down the road. This is not a short term goal. This is my life.
