VEGAN BIRRIA 🌶️🧅 this weekend at PIKE PLACE MARKET! I’m bringing this back for our last weekend as a special goodbye… this one goes out to everyone on team Rojo’s. It’s a lot of work to prepare this special but I promised some of you that I’d bring it back so here it is! 

The Birria will come in our tacos dorados (crispy tacos) as well our burritos. And don’t forget to add on the consume! We’ll have our full regular menu in addition to the Birria too!

Location: Pike Place Market, above Old Stove Brewing
Time: 11AM-3PM, Saturday & Sunday
