I recently activated with carbonhealth and their glucose monitoring system.  MY first thought: I thought this was only for people with diabetes- wrong.  Tracking avg blood glucose, knowing glucose variability, and understanding glucose peaks have been a great tool to better understand my health patterns and what affects my blood glucose given my intake throughout the day.
