## Caption

You know I love sharing ambiance and decor of restaurants but at 7doorsdownramen in the Bloomfield/ Montclair NJ area - the food speaks for itself. While the place is beautiful, the food and service is memorable enough to make this place stand out in my book. 

I’m already dreaming of my next visit.  The food there is delectable - every single dish I had I would 💯 order again and then some.

The cuisine is a combo of Peruvian flavors and Japanese techniques, well plated and exquisite. 🇵🇪 🇯🇵 

I wish I was able to take pictures of everything but I’ll list here everything we got. 

Appetizers 

- the OG - mahi mahi ceviche 
- shrimp ceviche 
- braised octopus
- papas a la Huancaina
- chipotle & sesame wings

Main course 
- short rib ramen 
 - tonkotsu ramen 
- Lomo Saltado 

Drink 
- la Chicha

• it’s BYOB 
• it’s street parking or there’s a parking deck less than a block away 
• They do take reservations and I highly suggest making them as it seems to be a happening place.
