Roberto Castro (SMBA ‘11), Director of Guest Experience at the Rady Shell/San Diego Symphony gave #SMBA23 a full tour of the beautiful Rady Shell at Jacobs Park! 

Roberto dove into how critical employee appreciation is for curating a positive organizational culture. The students were impressed to learn about all that goes into the preparation and execution of dozens of shows per year across all music genres.
