John Homans from VF Corporation, joined the 2023 SMBA cohort to share his reflections on a ‘career in flight and strategies for navigating your opportunities’. Students were encouraged to think about how their own experiences, regardless of the setting, could be impactful when applying and interviewing for jobs, with the overarching goal of being able to add value to the business long term. 

We hope this is the first of many sessions that John is able to join us for, as his experience in recruitment, the outdoor industry and sports coaching in snow sports is invaluable for all!
