The panel, Marissa Beringer – CSM,  Crystal Fisher – NBCUniversal, Jon Patricof – Athletes Unlimited, Suzy Levy – The Red Plate and Fred Bolza - New Soil dove into the necessary steps on how to improve equity within the sports industry. They highlighted that internal changes are a pivotal start to change, embracing diversity at every level and that structural systemic change is hard and everyone must pitch in for us to have a better future.
