In case your reading this and your body has been CHANGING I want to to reassure this is the norm. Most of what we’re seeing on social media is people getting their shit together, working out all the time and what not. Which good for them that’s great! Other side of it is your body is the vessel that is carrying you through a period that is extremely tiring and possibly traumatic. Weight fluctuation is normal, and scientifically healthy as your body adapts how it needs to stay alive. So today try not to be mad at yourself or your body for something that is there to protect you. Your body is trying it’s best, and so are you 💕💚 With the help of a lot of beautiful people,  I’ve launched a small series called Body Talk to explore people our relationship with our bodies. Each part from this series will include a statement made by the model about their relationship with their body. I hope this normalizes bodies, and encourages self appreciation, understanding, and love. 
I would like to CLARIFY there is no space here for insulting, or bringing others down. I’ve had to many people be rude on tik tok about bodies and that won’t be tolerated here. I know different bodies experience different types and level of discrimination, but I don’t support devaluing one person journey with their body over another.
