Mind-body connection is the key. 105lbs dumbells, pushed it 8 times the set before....I supposed to finish but told my self still got 1 more set...well I failed at 5th rep instead of 8 but ey, i already accomplished 4 more reps then I planned. Don't stop at the point when you tired, if you want to be better then average.
