I started creating art 5 years ago... I went to Peru for a 30 day deep immersion program in the Amazon Jungle outside of Iquitos. Ayahuasca plant medicine, Ecology and Permaculture programs, and most importantly Art therapy changed my life and lifted me out of the depressive haze that clouded my life from a very early age. Art became part of who I am, how I cope, how express, and how I heal. Many of you are lost right now, with what’s going on in the world and in our separate lives it is completely understandable.
