Since the red carpet event for topgunmovie was just 4 blocks from our office (on the ussmidwaymuseum in San Diego), we figured we’d send one of our marketing teammates chrisrandour down to see if he could ask Tom Cruise a question about AI Pilots. Chris delivered! 

We like “flying them live” too, Tom! At Shield AI, we are putting AI Pilots in the cockpit and building a “Top Gun” for every aircraft. Hivemind has a 99.999% win rate in dogfights in the simulator, and we’re bringing Hivemind to the legacy fighters and the next generation of air dominance — just like we did with quadcopters and what we’re doing with V-BAT.

And yes, the Shield AI team is pumped to watch Maverick and Iceman in the new Top Gun film.
