BETTER MEN MONDAY ⛵️

This week we would love to give a special shout out to one of our newer members, Irvin Wong. Joining back in spring ‘21, Irvin has continued to embody what it means to be a Delta Sig ! Currently serving as a resident advisor while taking up various committees positions and while running his own as our current Academics Chair. Irvin’s enthusiasm and eagerness to become a better leader has not gone unnoticed. And we the brothers of Delta Sig would love to show our appreciation for everything he has done for our chapter !

“Delta Sigma Phi has helped me come out of my shell and has shaped me into becoming a more confident, outgoing, and ambitious person everyday. Prior to becoming apart of this brotherhood, I did not know what I wanted to do to make my college experience impactful. DSP has challenged me to step outside my comfort zone in taking on bigger roles such as RA, a chairman position, and committee spots to enhance my leadership skills. It has also allowed me to create life-long relationships with my brothers, meet new people and network, and has taught me how to manage my time, one of my biggest challenges prior to joining the fraternity. I am forever grateful for everything DSP has given me from amazing memories to the endless opportunities.”
