⚠️❗️Beware of tapering athlete. High risk of abrupt meltdown. The Weather app has 99% of my screen time, trying not to breathe in public space,  eating a box of mini choc wheetabix a day. Panic dropped £250 on a new pair of trainers, convinced I can’t run over 5km, my feet are bleeding and not even in the right country yet x Just assuming Kipchogue is going through the same motions. Love the sport x
