🌟 Immerse yourself in the triumph of the SISA & MPS National Area Representative Squad Camp at AIS! Over the weekend, 20 National Swimmers, 5 coaches, and two team managers gathered, showcasing talents honed at the 2023 Nationals on the Gold Coast.

🏊‍♂️ From Friday to Sunday, the camp unfolded with four intensive two-hour pool sessions, focused on refining competitive swimming skills for comprehensive development.

💬 Inspiring speaker Tom Robinson shared insights from his journey, offering strategies for overcoming setbacks and progressing through development programs—a treasure trove for aspiring swimmers.

🔄 Shannon Rollason from the Swimming NSW ACT Hub provided valuable feedback, enhancing the learning experience for coaches, swimmers, and support staff.
