🌟 Splashing Success in Coonamble! 🔥 40 young swimmers, aged 8-12, gathered from all corners of the Western Area for a scorching Western Area Development day. 🏊‍♂️ Guided by SNSW Regional Coaching Director Chris Myers, the day kicked off with 'Training is Race Practice' insights and Non-Negotiables in Practice. 💡 After a refreshing water session, it was time for lunch and stroke development in Freestyle and Breaststroke. 🍽️🏊‍♀️ The day wrapped up with a Carnival and Race Prep presentation, setting the stage for the Coonamble Meet the next day. 🚀
