When Brady first started training with us, he was barely able to bench press the bar and struggled with proper technique on many fundamental movements. 

In this current phase, Brady is now benching 85 pounds for sets of 8 and has greatly improved his technique and confidence during compound lifts. 

Loving the hard work and excited to see the progress that Brady will continue to make in the future 💪
