Avocado oil in place of red sauce.

Blended up the cheese with roughly 1/4 Parmigiano-Reggiano, 1/4 Provolone, 1/2 mozzarella.

Dollops of ricotta on top.

A couple pinches of dried basil and red chili flakes.

500 degree oven for roughly 20 minutes, turning the pizza halfway.
