For the first post of our Instagram takeover, go behind the scenes of "Gypsy," americanrep's student-directed show on the Loeb Mainstage. Performed earlier this month, Harvard College student Samuel Fisch (sfischphoto) captured the cast both on- and off-stage during warm-ups and for the performance itself.⠀

"Gypsy" is regarded by many theater professionals as one of the greatest musicals of the mid-20th century. It follows an ambitious stage mother as she raises two daughters while navigating show business life. 🎭⠀
