Being sidelined by an injury less than two weeks after opening my gym was definitely not how I planned it. There were many “the sky is falling” moments, but so many people stepped in and showed up without pause. #grateful

Maybe it was the universe’s reminder to slow the f*ck down - that rest and recovery are just as important as the workouts themselves - or that we don’t have to do it all alone - we create a community when we lean on one another.

Regardless…lesson[s]learned 😉
